Good Grief Group

The group offers a supportive social environment for people who have been bereaved. We meet twice a month.

What is the Good Grief Group?

Sympathy can be exhausting and sometimes you simply want to be with other people who are in the same place as you. The group provides a non therapeutic social gathering where people can talk, share. laugh, cry or simply be without the need to be any other way than how they are feeling.

Who can come?

While it is run by the church, it is open to everyone and there is no pressure to be religious in any way. It is completely free but we do have a bowl out if people want to chip in for tea, coffee and the bickies.

When is it?

Normally it is 10am 2nd Tuesdays of the month and 6pm on 4th Tuesdays
